2. Coconut oil

  • Keep your feet in soapy-lukewarm water for 20 minutes.
  • Use foot scrubber or pumice stones to remove harsh and thick skin.
  • Rub the feet gently until dry.
  • Apply special balm heel or thick moisturizers to cracked areas.
  • Apply petroleum jelly on your feet to lock in moisture.
  • Avoid rubbing the foot when it is dry as it will increase the risk of damaged skin.

4. Do not exfoliate 

When a foot peel is exfoliated, you will be very tempted to withdraw it. Hold yourself because it is a bad habit.

It's better to use closed shoes that are more "locking" moisture safely inside the shoe.
