1. Dry eyes

  • Set the laptop distance to 50-70 centimeters (cm) from the face
  • Let the eye break for a moment by not looking at the laptop for 20 seconds every 20 minutes (rule 20-20-20)
  • Consumption of healthy and nutritious food balanced, especially those containing vitamin A
